Your reservations are guaranteed against a half payment of money and can be paid via cash, credit card, debit card, UPI transfer, DD, or a service voucher at the time of booking or before the cut-off date.
In the event of a no-show or cancellation of the reservation, the resort has the right to levy retention charges.
All the special requests made by the guest are subject to availability upon arrival.
Standard check-in and checkout times are 2:00 p.m. and 11:00 a.m., respectively.
Every Indian guest is liable to produce valid ID proof at the time of check-in.
Every foreign guest is liable to produce a valid passport and visa at the time of check-in as per the Foreigners Act of 1947 and the Registration of Foreign Rules of 1992. A guest holding a PIO/OCI card must produce the document for staying here.

Child Policy

Children aged 12 years and younger (maximum two children per room) will be accommodated as per the charges mentioned on a bed, breakfast, evening tea or coffee, and dinner basis if sharing with one or two adults; extra children, aged 0-2, no charge.
Children aged 3–12 years will be charged 50% of the applicable rate per meal per day, and children over 12 years old will be charged as per the menu rate.
This policy does not apply to room-service meals.

Cancellations made prior to 30 days before the arrival are entitled to a refund of 90% of the full amount.
Cancellations made prior to 20 to 30 days before the arrival are entitled to a refund of 75% of the full amount.
Cancellations made prior to 10–20 days before the arrival are entitled to a refund of 50% of the full amount.
Cancellations made prior to 0–10 days before the arrival are not entitled to a refund.
Cancellations of reservations made between December 20th and January 5th are not entitled to any kind of refund.
